What to Expect
Answer
The Outlier Inn is a 12-acre property in New York's southern Catskill mountains, 90 miles from NYC. It serves as a retreat center, event space, vegetable farm, and boasts a world-class recording studio. All in all, it's a place where creativity flourishes and connections are forged. Get ready to embrace the ambiance of this natural space with campsite vibes and adorable farm animals. Be sure to wear your sunblock, bug repellant, and sensible shoes. Friday: Guests may arrive anytime after 5:00pm with food (BBQ) and refreshments being served at 6:00pm. After dinner we’ll be relaxing, getting to know each other, and hanging by the campfire playing / listening to music. No dress code is required for Friday, but we encourage you to wear something stylish and comfortable and bring a change of clothes as the temperature drops. Saturday: Please join us at 3:30pm at The Outlier Inn followed by our wedding ceremony beginning promptly at 4:30pm. After we say our “I do’s'' we'll sip cocktails and snack on charcuterie from 5:30pm until 7:00pm with a buffet dinner (Italian fare from Arthur Avenue) following. Enjoy the dancefloor from 8:30pm to 11:00pm before moving to our late night area for dancing, campfires, and merriment until sunrise.

What to Wear

What do we mean by Garden / Cocktail attire? Here are some examples of what we’re suggesting: Chic sundresses, elevated jumpsuits, tailored dress shirts, casual blazers, and slacks. Think linens, floral prints, or festive patterns - bowties and ballgowns not necessary! Late Night: Bring a fun and comfy party outfit with shoes you feel comfortable. Props, wigs, and anything else that makes you feel great are strongly encouraged.

Parking
Answer
You will be greeted by Josh, who will help direct traffic. There are three driveways on the property, each marked by a sign on Mountaindale Road: 293, 299/307 and 309. Guests who are staying on the property throughout the weekend can unload their baggage in the driveway that is closest to their accommodation but should then proceed to park in the 293 Mountaindale Road for the duration of the weekend. If the 293 driveway becomes full, please begin to park in the 299/307 driveway. The 309 driveway should be left open for guests attending the event for the day but not staying after 11pm Please park as close to the car in front of you as possible and ideally all vehicles would be left unlocked with the keys inside so that if cars need to be moved the Inn staff can do so.

We encourage everyone to bring camping chairs, hammocks, reusable cups, and anything else you think would elevate your (or others) experiences. We’ll have an open bar with the incredible Rawb Lane bartending, but feel free to bring and special spirits or libations
