What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Will there be enough ubers for us to call after the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, there may not be enough ubers after the wedding as the venue is located outside of the major cities. You have the option of scheduling an uber before hand, driving yourself/carpooling, or riding the provided buses back to the designated hotels. Phone service at the wedding venue is limited!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there is! There will be buses provided for the designated hotels. Seats are limited on the buses, so please make sure to plan accordingly. Bus will arrive at The Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Chattanooga at 3:15PM and leave by 3:30PM. Bus will arrive at Springhill Suites by Marriott in Ooltewah at 4:00PM and leave by 4:15PM. Bus will arrive at Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Cleveland at 3:45PM and leave by 4:00PM. Bus will arrive at Holiday Inn in Cleveland by 4:05 and leave by 4:15PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the wedding venue. If you end up needing to leave your car overnight, it must be picked up by 9AM on Sunday morning.
