If the invite you received had your kids listed on the envelope, please feel free to bring them and RSVP for them. If your kids were not addressed to on the invite, we would appreciate you leaving them at home with a family member or babysitter. Please note, if your kids are invited and come to the wedding but get antsy during the ceremony, please take them over to the great playground located by the pavilion building. This way they can get some of their energy out while not interrupting the ceremony. Thank you!
No, there will not be a shuttle. Please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are good options from getting to and from venue. The hotel is exactly one mile from the venue.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Cocktail please... while this is an outdoor ceremony and at a park, we would still appreciate wedding attire. Feel free to dress in your summer best since it will most likely be hot outside.
There is plenty of parking at and around the venue. There is ample free street parking. Please NOTE, there are 2 parking lots. There is one main parking lot in front of the pavilion building, but this lot is often full. There is another lot right next to the ceremony location (The Garden) located on the Northwest side of the park and by the corner of Lakeview Dr N and Kirkwood Ln N.
The venue has to have us out by 11 pm due to park regulations. BUT, we plan to keep the party going at Malone's Bar and Grill a few blocks away.
We have wedding registries through Zola.com, Macy's, and Target.
Obviously, you will be admitted to our wedding even if you do not have your ticket. If you do bring your ticket, tear off the smaller ticket stub end and put it in our cards box during the reception or in the program box that our ushers will have. There will be a drawing for a prize.
