We have received a few Covid-19 related updates from our wedding weekend venue and to keep all of our guests and informed. It is our goal that all of our guests feel safe and comfortable attending our celebration. We understand Covid continues to present concerns for many, so please feel free to make the attendance choices that work for you. Be sure to check here frequently for updates. September 11th 2021 — The Wedding Day at River Forest Country Club The RFCC has informed us that all guests in attendance must be vaccinated against Covid-19, and require proof in the form of a vaccine card photo or a copy of your vaccine reservation ahead of entry. Feel free to redact personal information on the card, such as your birth date, provided the photo or email verifies that you have been vaccinated. In order to expedite this process, please email proof of vaccination to mdine@riverforestcc.org no later than Sept 5th 2021. If you have any questions regarding this process, direct them to that email address as well. If you are not vaccinated against Covid-19 and have already responded "Yes" to the Party, we encourage you to get Covid-19 test 72 hours prior to September 11th and email proof (ex. cell phone photo of the card) to mdine@riverforestcc.org and we will update your attendance accordingly. For the rest of the weekend festivities, we ask that our guests follow the guidance of our venues, the city of Chicago, and state of Illinois which recommend that those who are not vaccinated wear masks and practice reasonable social distancing when inside, and when outside with more than a small number of people. Last thing we ask is that if you are going to be using our room block please make sure to place your reservations ASAP using the link provided on the website or be sure to mention Nicole and Jay Wedding Celebration room block if you call.
