Our day has finally arrived. I wake up these days with a dog nose poking me in the face, the smell of breakfast, and the TV buzzing. TV is very important in our house. It’s important because we both really love stories. Stories of crazy adventure, stories of endless thrill, and stories of true love. Our story, well today we added a new chapter of our story. One where all the adventure, all the thrill, and all the love come together. Our story hasn’t always been easy, and these past few months have taught us both so much about ourselves. It’s taught us that you and I are resilient, we have a village, and that we are surrounded by so much love. One thing above all else is certain, I have been changed by you Jay. And you belong in the rest of my stories for as long as you’ll have me. I promise to care for you for all of our days, to stand by you through all of our adventures, hold you during all of the thrills, and most importantly I vow to love you.

I knew the minute I saw you waiting for me in that sushi restaurant. I was hungry. I came late sat down introduced myself and immediately ordered 3 appetizers for us. The date was a perfect first date. I'd been late coming from working all day but I knew immediately when the check came that I wanted to take care of the bill and I spent every penny I made that day. But it wasn't just the meal I wanted to take care of. It was you. I promise here today to take care of you and us for the rest of our lives. Being with you has been and is one of the greatest gifts I've been given in this lifetime. Because we take care of each other. You are my balance. You are my safe place. You're my compass and my anchor. You are my heart Dylan. Tonight I take you as my husband. Together we will continue to create a home. I vow to help create a life that we can cherish, inspiring your love for me and mine for you. I vow to be honest, caring and truthful, to love you as you are and not as I want you to be, and to grow old by your side as your love and best friend.
