As a reminder, parking is not available on site the day of the wedding. We have arranged for shuttles to transport guests to and from Scotland Fields and encourage folks to use them. Shuttles will depart Portsmouth at 3:00pm. Portsmouth pickup locations: AC Marriott (299 Vaughan St, Portsmouth) Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel (250 Market St, Portsmouth, NH 03801) Sailmakers House (314 Court St, Portsmouth, NH 03801) Shuttles will depart York at 3:15pm. Pickup location those staying in York: Dockside Guest Quarters (22 Harris Island Rd, York, ME 03909) There is limited parking available at an overflow lot down the road from Scotland Fields. The shuttles will stop at the overflow lot to pick up anyone who chooses to drive. The venue advises against walking from the lot to the venue as there is poison ivy along the road. Shuttles will depart the Scotland Fields overflow parking lot at 3:25pm. Overflow parking lot pickup: 170 Cider Hill Road, York, ME Departure from Scotland Fields Shuttles will depart Scotland Fields and run loops to their origin stops at the following times: 9:00pm 10:00pm 11:15pm (Final shuttle) Ubers are available but limited. If you plan to use Uber, we recommend scheduling in advance.
Limited parking will be available on site (250 Cider Hill Road) Friday evening and Sunday morning. We encourage folks to take Ubers or cabs, or carpool if you plan to drive.
We have asked guests (including event staff and vendors) to confirm they are vaccinated. We are also asking everyone to please take a COVID test 24 hours before the wedding weekend. For those who have inquired about the balance between indoor and outdoor festivities–the ceremony will be held outside on a lawn between the Bungalow and Farmhouse. Cocktail hour will also take place outside, followed by a tented dinner and dancing inside a well-ventilated but indoor barn.
