We're Getting Married!

Their story began long before either of them realized it would turn into something lasting. They first met in elementary school, where they “dated” in the innocent way children do. They also played soccer together, and his dad was one of their coaches-a season that would later hold even deeper meaning for both of them.

As childhood often goes, life eventually took them in different directions. He moved, she was homeschooled for a time, and they completely lost touch for several years. They briefly reconnected in high school while attending different schools, but at the time, nothing came of it.

Everything changed their freshman year of college when they both unexpectedly ended up at the same school. One day, he sent her a text asking if he had just seen her on campus. He later admitted he hadn’t actually seen her-he simply wanted a reason to start a conversation. That one message led to them talking again, and it didn’t take long before they realized there was something different this time.

They officially started dating on October 2, 2022, and from that point on, everything seemed to fall into place naturally. After nearly three years together, he proposed on June 7, 2025, and she said yes without hesitation. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how their lives crossed paths so many times before finally coming together at just the right moment. What began as two kids playing soccer grew into a love story they are so grateful to share.
