Is your wedding kid-friendly?

Answer

YES. More than half of Jackie’s guests are kids. We will have a kids table set up of fun activities.

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

YES! Please keep all phones away until the reception. We both appreciate your attention to this matter.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual formal. Our wedding is outdoors in the summertime. Max and his groomsmen are wearing blue jeans and a nice button up. Dress comfortably!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes but we encourage car pooling! Between the reception hall and the lodge itself, we can fit 50-60 cars depending on size.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our venue is capped at 150 guests. All envelopes will be addressed to who we accounted for. If a guest is unable to make it, we can revisit and see if we can accommodate your plus one!

Where can I send your wedding gift?

Answer

In lieu of gifts, we ask everyone if they are able and willing to donate to our honeymoon fund. We live in a small 2 bed apartment and cannot acquire more items but we appreciate the sentiment!

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Answer

Some parts of it, yes. The ceremony is being held in the grass directly behind the reception hall on the flattest section possible. The other areas are very hilly and not recommended for guests who have walking challenges.

Are pets allowed?

Answer

No, this is a pet free event. The owner has 2 indoor/outdoor cats on the property.

Being so close to the mountain, how’s the cell service?

Answer

There really truly isn’t any cell service! You might have better reception closer in Elbe by the Hobo Inn.
