Do I need to tell you what I will be eating in advance ?

You will have the opportunity to order at the venue . Menus will be made available for our sit down dinner 😊

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes ! Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies so that we could let the chef know

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes ! There is a parking lot right at the inn

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since so many of our friends and family members plan on staying at different hotels & air bnb’s,we will not be having a shuttle. It is recommended that if anyone plans on drinking that they please use Uber or Lyft to transport themselves to and from the venue

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:30. Please arrive at or before 6:00 :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be semi-formal. Nice dresses , shirt and tie :) Please do not wear white as that color is reserved for the bride 👰‍♀️ Please no jeans , t-shirts , sneakers or anything too casual

What’s on the menu?

Appetizers will be passed around during the cocktail hour. Salad and pasta will be the first course Main dishes : 1) skirt steak 2)salmon 3)roasted chicken *all dishes will come with sides, of course-sides differ according to main dish choice Desserts: -wedding cake -cookies -fruit platter -coffee & tea

-A signature cocktail will be offered to all wedding guests -Unlimited beer & wine will be served -Soda, tea, coffee , and juice will be offered as a non-alcoholic alternative

Hotels ? Motels ?

Please refer to the travel accommodation page on our Zola website:) we have included multiple hotel options close to or a short driving distance away from the venue . The list that we have included offers many different kind of hotel options-in multiple price ranges . Please plan accordingly! We have heard from many guests that there aren’t many hotel rooms left for this particular weekend. It is Halloween weekend after all 😊😊😊

We kindly ask that the ceremony be adults only,but kids are more than welcome at the reception :)
