What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 7:30 PM. Please be seated promptly by 8:00 PM to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and time to mingle before the ceremony begins. Doors will close at 8:10 PM, and late entry will only be allowed during a brief intermission in the program.

Formal / Black-tie / Cocktail Attire: Please dress accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, their name will appear under your invitation details. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend. Thank you for your understanding!

While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration due to the nature of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding!

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore / Woodlawn location

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided. However, if you are staying at the designated hotel, the venue is within walking distance.

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is BWI (Baltimore/Washington International). DCA (Reagan National) and IAD (Dulles International) are also options, though they are a bit farther away.

I have a dietary restriction—what should I do?

Will alcohol be served at the ceremony?

Yes, we will have a premium open bar available for the duration of the celebration. We ask that you drink responsibly and note that gratuities for the bartenders are always appreciated. Cheers! 🥂
