When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 24, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We hope to start the ceremony on time, at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than 2:30 p.m. to ensure you find parking and will be seated by the start time. Once the ceremony starts, no one will be allowed in to be seated. Please be respectful of our time and be on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. (no white please)

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, due this being an intimate setting no plus ones will be allowed.

This is an adult only event no kids will be permitted

Where should I Park?

Answer

There are several parking options in the vicinity to choose from **ParkMobile - for all metered and lot parking we suggest downloading the ParkMobile app ahead of time for convenience. ​* There is metered parking available surround the building on 6th Street, Franklin, 5th Street, Grace, etc. * There is a parking lot across from the Dominion Center on 7th and Grace, that's across the street from Red Bird. * There are several parking garages but the closest two are on 6th and Franklin, and one connected to the Moxy Richmond Downtown at 5th and Franklin. ​* If you are staying at a hotel downtown close to Red Bird, the best mode of transportation is Uber/Lyft or walking.
