How do we get to Alkaff Mansion??

Answer

1) Use Google Maps (not sponsored) Private transport: If you do not have a car/van/lorry/etc., consider taking a taxi (e.g., Grab, Tada, Gojek, etc.) 2) Public transport: If you do not want to take a taxi, then you might consider - Taking the MRT to Telok Blangah (Circle line, yellow, or Golden whichever fits your eyes) - Exit the station and cross the overhead bridge 2a) Take bus 120 or 176. Alight after 2 stops ("Telok Blangah Heights") - Look up! If you see Henderson Waves (this bridge thing), you are on the right course. - Walk straight (enjoy the scenery) till you come across a brown sign that says Alkaff Mansion OR a giant brown rock that has the words "Telok Blangah Hill Park". Turn left. - Walk along the path and you will see on the right, a flight of stairs. Go up and turn left. Continue on. - Ignore the next flight of stairs on your right and continue forward. When you see the next flight of stairs, go up that one and you should see Alkaff Mansion at the top of the (more) flight of stairs. Welcome! 2b) Good ol' legs: If you do not want to take any form of transport (i.e., you think your legs are better than that), feel free to hike up from Telok Blangah MRT. Do not worry, the location is air conditioned. You will be dry in 30 minutes, or catch a cold.

Yes, please let one of us know if you prefer to go green and have vegetables as your main course.

How long has the couple known each other?

Answer

Well, if you bothered to check in with them every now and then, you would know they were together for three years. That is a long time to be with someone. Oh well, there is at least 10 times more of that.

What is the dress code for the dinner?

Answer

Smart casual is good. Please no shorts or slippers. The restaurant has this policy, not us. We are more than happy (elated actually) to see your calves that you have been training all this while for this special event!

Can I bring a plus one?

Please approach the couple. I am sure they are more than happy to accommodate to your request :)

Is the world cube-shaped?

Answer

We do not think so, but feel free to share your opinions with the other guests at the reception.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is parking but we have been told that the place gets dark so please bring along some sort of flashlight or just take note that the floor can be bumpy.

Can I attend the solemnisation?

Answer

Yes, you may, but please take note that the seats are reserved for immediate family. You can choose to stand at the back.
