Meet in the lobby of the hotel where we have our wedding room block. Coach buses from Lakeland Bus Lines will be available to transport you to and from the venue at scheduled times. Shuttle services to the venue for the ceremony will depart promptly at 1:45 PM. Transportation back to the hotel will be available following the reception and again following the after party.
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, grab a welcome drink, and find your seat.
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Keep the party going! We’ll be hosting an after party right on the premises—if you're up for it come dance the night away!
9:30 pm - 10:30 pm
After the after party, we’re heading back to the hotel to wind down—change into your comfy cozies and join us for board games, good vibes, and great company.
