How far is The Grosse Pointe War Memorial from the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center?

Answer

The War Memorial is approximately 30 minutes from the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. We suggest allowing additional time for traffic, parking and exploring the grounds of the venue prior to ceremony! The venue can be reached via Jefferson Avenue East or via I-94 East.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. We recommend arriving between 5:30 and 5:45pm. This will allow sufficient time for parking, strolling the grounds, taking pictures and finding your seat on the back lawn!
