Do I need a passport to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes! All guests traveling to Mexico must have a valid, non-expired passport. Please check yours early to avoid any last-minute issues.

Is there a specific airport I should fly into?

Answer

Yes, all guests should fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). It’s the closest airport to the resort, and from there the drive to Dreams Playa Mujeres is about 35–45 minutes.

Is transportation included with resort package?

Answer

Airport transportation is not included. Guests may add this shared round-trip shuttle for $85 per person by contacting our personal travel agent and submitting flight details (via screenshot) at least 45 days before the trip, with service shared only among wedding guests arriving or departing within a 30-minute window.

Who can help me with travel reservations and questions?

Answer

To help make your trip as easy and stress-free as possible, we’ve partnered with a dedicated travel coordinator who is available to assist all guests with reservations, room bookings, and any travel-related questions. When should I book my room & flight?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure our room block rate and ensure availability. Booking flights early also helps you find the best pricing and preferred travel times.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Due to venue and event preferences, our celebration will be adults-only, with the exception of children in the wedding party and immediate family. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the day intimate and relaxed.

What events will be happening during the trip?

Along with the wedding day, we may host a few optional get-togethers for guests to enjoy the resort and spend quality time together. All event details will be posted on our "Things To Do" as we get closer.

What should I wear to the ceremony & reception?

We kindly request semi-formal attire in soft, elegant tones to complement our wedding palette of white, sage green, tan, and gold. Guests are encouraged to wear light, airy fabrics and neutral or muted colors for a cohesive and beautiful celebration. We appreciate your help in creating a warm & elegant aesthetic for our special day!

December is one of the most beautiful times to visit Playa Mujeres. Expect warm, comfortable temperatures in the mid-70s to mid-80s °F, gentle ocean breezes, and low humidity—perfect for an outdoor celebration.
