When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 5, 2025 by using the QR code on your wedding invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on the wedding website.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving at the venue 30 minutes early is a great idea (3:30pm). Be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking and settle in before the ceremony starts at 4pm CST.

Where can I park?

Answer

The San Antonio Glasshouse has open parking in front of the venue. Since this is a newer venue there is no parking lot yet. So guest will have to park in the grass.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want to see you dress to impress! We are excited to have a Cocktail Attire dress code. Please NO jeans. Our wedding ceremony will be outside (not on grass) If you would like to dress in our color palette, you can wear shades of sage, emerald, or olive green and gold.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

January in San Antonio is normally cold. Bringing a jacket or a shawl is recommended.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an Adults only celebration with the exception of the flower girl/boy and ring bearer. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to " Your Name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out!

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for about 30 mins to an hour. Guests can walk to the front of the venue where there will be cocktail hour snacks and drinks. There will be a photo booth set up in front of the Glasshouse so guests can take pictures. The audio guestbook and cards box will also be displayed during cocktail hour for any guests who wish to leave words of advice for the newlyweds.

Are the Ceremony and Reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! both will take place at the San Antonio Glasshouse. The outdoor ceremony will take place in the back of the venue. After Cocktail Hour, all guests will be welcomed into the Glasshouse to take their seats for dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "will NOT attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find you will not make it. Please notify me at 210-605-9401.
