Our story was years in the making. From junior high on, we were a part of the same friend group, quietly growing up alongside one another—sharing hallways, hangouts, and the occasional class. Then one simple message changed everything. After years of almosts, we finally found our way to each other. Two weeks later, we made it official, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. From our first real date as high-school sophomores to our college years full of change, growth, and figuring out who we were, we truly grew up side by side. We’ve had seasons of joy, seasons of challenge, and seasons where we just had to trust the path in front of us — and through all of it, we knew God’s hand was on our story. His timing was never early and never late. Looking back, it’s so clear how every quiet moment, every twist, and every trial led us right here. On our six-year anniversary, he got down on one knee — the same boy God placed in my life when we were 15 was now asking me to spend forever with him. Now we’re stepping into this next chapter not just as high-school sweethearts, but as living proof of the Lord’s faithfulness in every season.
