Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We hold lots of love in our hearts for your little one(s), but the only children attending the wedding are immediate family/wedding party of the groom and bride. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements for your kiddos ❤️

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

Our ceremony will be fully outdoors and our reception will be indoors & out. We are getting married on natural grass so please keep that in mind with shoes 🥰 party casual attire & whatever is comfiest to you for the night! We will move it indoors if the weather does not cooperate, but if it does, it will be held outside. No white please, white is for the bride 🫶

Can I bring extra guests/ + 1’s

Answer

We have formally sent invitations to our guest list. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation. Please make sure to RSVP for both you & your guest. Unfortunately, our venue is limited to space and can only accommodate those who have been formally invited to our wedding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1, 2024. If you cannot make it, know that we will miss you dearly, but we certainly understand. Please RSVP with a “yes” or “no” as soon as possible or by the deadline date so that we can plan accordingly. We will not be able to accept late RSVP’s as our vendors have to plan accordingly as well. 🥂

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled in before the fun begins. The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so an arrival of 430 will be more than enough! We kindly ask everyone be in their seats by 4:55, and that anyone who is late will need to wait until the ceremony is over and can join us for the reception ❤️

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will not be any additional transportation. We have confirmed that Uber will run to and from the venue, so plan ahead if wanting to order an Uber 😉

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. On site parking will be available. (Directions)

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We do have a registry! However, we do have everything we could possibly need, and kindly ask if you choose, in lieu of gifts, we’d love to experience what is a trip of a lifetime for us. Clint has never been to an island, and neither of us have been on a cruise before, so we are trying new things and making new adventures and firsts together. That being said, if you would still like to do gifts rather than funds, we are registered on Amazon & Target for small updating items around our home & have some helpful items that will travel with us to the Bahamas! We are so thankful and blessed by each and every one of our guests ❤️

What about hotels?

Answer

We do have hotels listed under the Travel section of our website. All hotels are within a 12-15 minute drive from our venue, making these the closest. You may choose any hotel! We also have a link to click on for special rates available to guests 😊 https://zola.hotelplanner.com/EventPage7594512
