Our backyard wedding is semi-formal with a touch of fall charm! Think warm, rich colors, dresses or dressy separates or slacks for cooler weather. Cozy layers like cardigans, shawls, or scarves are encouraged, and shoes that can handle the lawn will keep you dancing all evening.

Where should I stay?

For our out-of-town guest, there are a few nearby hotels that are convenient and cozy for a fall weekend. Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Airport: just 4 minutes from the venue with comfy rooms and a restaurant on site. Holiday Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport by IHG: Budget-friendly with free parking and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. We recommend booking early, as fall weekends tend to fill up quickly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’d love for this moment to be phone and camera free- just your smiles and happy tears! Our professional photographer will capture everything, so you can fully soak in the magic. Don’t worry, we’ll share plenty of photos afterward for you to swoon over.

Will there be alcohol?

We’ll provide champagne for toast and a few beers, but feel free to bring along your favorite beverage to sip while enjoying the backyard celebration.
