Other color prints, embellishments or accessories are allowed as long as it's mostly (70-80%) black. Men are okay to wear white button down dress shirts and black overshirts vs blazers.
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
