We like the idea of spring colors and sunset tones with a little whimsy. Sky blue, lilac, sage, soft pinks, peach tones and neutrals will look best with our decor. Our ceremony, dancing and cocktail hour will all be outside in a garden atmosphere. We suggest flats or block heels. You can expect to be on grass and cobblestones. April in DC is usually a bit chilly and possibly a bit drizzly. Men, for suits - navy, grey and browns would look best. Perhaps a spring colored or floral shirt/tie. Yes we have a room block near the venue at The Graham - Georgetown. Use our names Willow McGinty and Jason Moulder to book over the phone. Other accommodation can be found at The Omni - Shoreham in Woodley Park. A great budget option is The Generator Hostel - they have private rooms and mixed bunks if you’re feeling fun.
Pronounced - Kay-Lee. It’s a group dance to some fun, festive Irish music. No experience required, we will have a dance caller to show you all the moves.
Rain or shine, we will drink wine! We have a big tent and umbrellas galore. We are carrying on in the garden no matter the weather. The Dower House is open next door for us to be wed in the parlor if its an absolute downpour - here’s hoping its not that!
