Every person/couple has their own room. We've already laid out who goes where to make it easy for us and for our guests. Family members and our quieter guests are assigned to the guest lodge, while some of our "party animals" are assigned to the main lodge. Of course, no matter where you're assigned, you're more than welcome to be at the main lodge any time you'd like! This is a weekend for hanging out and being together.
Jason and I will do a grocery run before check in. We'll grab some easy breakfast foods, easy lunch foods, some easy dinner foods to throw on the grill, and the basics for alcohol. The reception dinner is also covered by us. If you'd like to grab a bite or drink at the restaurant on site for any meals instead, you're more than welcome. If you'd like any specific snacks or drinks, please stop on the way to the lodge and grab them.
Dog Lake is a private lake on the property. The lodge provides fishing poles, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards for us to use during our stay. Bring a swimsuit! The event lodge has a variety of game tables, like pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. There is also a horseshoe pit in the meadow.
If you arrive before check in, you're welcome to sit at the restuarant and bar on site and grab a bite and/or drink. The same goes for checkout. You're also welcome to book extra nights at the lodge! The hotel-style lodge accepts nightly reservations. Come early or extend your stay if you'd like. Glacier National Park is nearby if you'd like to do some adventuring on your own.
