Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Transportation will be provided for both the Welcome Party and for the Wedding Reception / After Party

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Wedding Reception does have some street parking around the venue, and the After Party has a limited number of parking spaces as well.
