River Float! (Truckee River - Confirmed)

11:30 am - 4:00 pm

What to wear: swimming suits, water socks/boots/sandals (see google doc for complete details)

For folks who are in town early, we will be doing a float of the Truckee River! (note: this is in Tahoe City and ~1.5hrs south of the location for the wedding venue). We will meet at the Tahoe Transit Center around 11:30am, planning to be on the water by 12noon. The float is ~2-3hrs and we'll finish up at the River Ranch Lodge and stop for food and drinks. *This would be right at the start of rafting season, raft rentals may or may not be started yet depending on conditions. Rehearsal Dinner (For Family & Wedding party)

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Timeline: 4pm - Arrival at Twenty Mile House 5:30-6pm - Rehearsal Ceremony 6-10pm - Rehearsal Dinner Dinner will be a taco bar and will be serving with margaritas and assorted beer selection, and a variety non-alcoholic beverages.

Brunch

11:30 am - 3:30 pm

Casual, beach wear (optional for those who want to swim)

Come have brunch with the newlyweds! The location will be Donner Lake, reservation starts at 11am and is a little over 1 hour drive from the Twenty Mile House. For folks heading back to the Bay Area this would fall directly on your drive home (short detour for anyone heading to Reno/Tahoe). We have a reservation at the West End Beach (see location for parking details). Come by to relax, have some drinks and snacks, and recap the wedding night festivities with us, swimming and lounging in the sunshine and happiness. We'll have a combination of breakfast and lunch foods, coffee, and assorted beverages. We plan to cater sandwiches from a local deli, please do RSVP so we can get an idea of number attending.
