We're getting married (finally)!

Nearly 16 years ago is when our story started at Wayne Homes. Me with a newborn and a 5 year old, Jason recently divorced. Our time back then was short but sweet, only lasting a few years. We were not ready for our forever journey yet. Throughout the years our paths always crossed with soccer, touching base to see how each other was doing and the kids were doing. There was always spark and a connection, but again none of those times were the right time. Fast forward to 2018 when I started at Schumacher, he completely avoided me for the first two weeks. I finally asked if he was ever going to talk to me, we went to lunch and could of sat there forever and caught up. The day he knocked on my window of my car after work and told me he still in love with me. I knew it was all about to change. Jason has been my rock these past few years, I was so worried about picking up the pieces of everyone else. And he picked me up and put me back together piece by piece. I love our life together and can't wait to grow old with my person.

To say I was an ass about getting a ring is an understatement. If you know me I am aggressive, or so Jason says (eye roll). A few trips before he got down on one knee he bought a treasure chest. He said this is what your ring will be in. September 26th of 2020 while on our favorite beach Ft. Myers we take a nice sunset walk. Little do I know that chest with my ring is in his pocket. I have never been so happy to say YES! And to know that I am with my person, the person who makes me feel loved and safe.
