In addition to your passport, the DR requires you complete a short E-ticket Health Declaration Form. Your airline should prompt you to complete this form as a part of your check-in process but it is also linked here to complete prior to your flight: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/
The DR is tropical so be prepared for sunshine and 80-90 degree weather (March is a great time of year with lower humidity).
We recommend that you plan to arrive on Thursday, March 27 or early in the day on Friday, March 28 to make sure you're able to attend all of the festivities!
We recommend arriving to Casa de Campo on Thursday, March 27 or Friday, March 28 and staying until Sunday, March 30. You are able to extend your stay up to 2 nights prior and/or 2 nights after at the discounted wedding rate! The welcome party, ceremony and reception are all outdoors on the beach (weather permitting!).
Yes! We will have shuttles available to take guests to and from the welcome party and wedding/reception venues, leaving from the hotel lobby.
Upon checking in, each room will have its own golf cart to explore the resort. If you are looking to go to Minitas Beach, The Marina, Altos de Chavon, or just explore Casa de Campo, your golf cart is a fantastic and fun way to get around. Also, you can request a shuttle any time from the hotel concierge, and we will have shuttles leaving from the hotel lobby to the venues for both Friday and Saturday nights.
Yes! There are 2 options for your stay at Casa de Campo, all-inclusive and standard. All-inclusive costs $222.72 per person per day (tax inclusive) more than standard. The room block link shows standard rates by default, but you can add on all-inclusive if you'd like. All-inclusive gets you the benefits listed below. If these benefits are important to you, then we'd recommend booking with the add-on. - Unlimited meals, snacks, and drinks at certain resort restaurants & bars - Unlimited non-motorized sports at Minitas Beach (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, etc.) - Unlimited horseback riding (reservations required) - Unlimited use of tennis courts - 25 shots of skeet/trap at the shooting center experience (one time per adult during stay)
We love all the little ones in our lives but have opted for adults-only celebrations on Friday and Saturday nights to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the festivities.
