We are excited to welcome our out of town guests to beautiful Ben Lomond. We have chosen to not reserve any hotel blocks since we want our guests to have the flexibility to find accommodations that work within their preferences. While our venue is more remote, there are several close neighboring towns where guests can find lodging. If you are a larger group, we would also recommend searching for home rentals through Airbnb or Vrbo, as there are several lovely stays in the area. For our more adventurous guests, there are also several campgrounds in the surrounding area where you can take full advantage of the stunning redwoods.

San Jose Mineta International Airport

For our guests that will traveling by plane to join in our celebration, the nearest major airport would be the San Jose Mineta International Airport. It will still be about a 50-60 minute drive to the Ben Lomond and Scotts Valley area.

Shuttle

The Santa Cruz Experience Shuttle Service

October 5, 2025 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Parking at the venue is limited to immediate family and members of the wedding party. We have rented the parking lot at the St. Peter and St. Paul Orthodox Church down the road and will be providing a shuttle service beginning 2 hours prior to the ceremony and for 2 hours at the end of the reception to drop off back at the church.
