What precautions are taken in light of Covid 19?

Answer

We respectfully ask that all guests attending to be tested for Covid 19 at least one week prior to the event. Please send test results of Covid-19 test to the groom or bride. We want our wedding to be safe for everyone that is attending. To the best of your ability, we recommend that guests quarantine in the 7 days after the covid test and prior to the wedding. All guests will be sent a pre-wedding survey to identify any symptoms in the prior 14 days to the wedding. Guests will be checked for their temperature prior to admission. The ceremony will be held outdoors. *Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, the reception portion of the wedding will be cancelled.*

Where do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this website! We want to invite all of our friends and family to celebrate this day with us, but due to county guidelines, the actual number of guests allowed we will not know until ~30 days from the wedding date. Receiving this invitation means you are invited. Hopefully the COVID restrictions are loosened in 2021! More communication to follow. **UPDATE** - Solano County is in the Red Tier as of 3/10/21, we have not been notified by the venue yet if the size of the ceremony can be expanded. It remains at 50 currently.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, please specify in the RSVP on your meal preference and we will gladly make the accommodation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at no cost to guests.
