Please try to arrive to the ceremony a few minutes early to get comfy in your seats and to avoid being a distraction during this magical time! We will be starting at 5:30, on the dot. Plan for light traffic and a few Sunday drivers!
Parking is provided by the venue for both the ceremony and reception FREE OF CHARGE!
For dinner we will be providing BBQ pulled pork and rolls, baked beans, Caesar salad and an assortment of fruits. We will have cake for dessert and a coffee and hot chocolate bar along with other beverages. Please plan accordingly!
There are many hotels and inns to chose from in the Nampa and Boise areas, if you stay in Boise you will be closer to the venue; Nampa is about 30 minutes from Boise depending on traffic. We recommend that you look on https://www.vrbo.com if you want to provide housing for a large group of people. Through VRBO you can rent a house for the weekend for up to 20 people for a great price! The most affordable options for renting a house will be in the Nampa area. You can also find great housing in the Boise/Nampa area on Airbnb.com!
