Please arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

How far is the airport from the venue?

Answer

Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is about 45–50 minutes from Incline Village.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend lodging in Incline Village, which is closest to the venue and offers a variety of hotels, vacation rentals, and Airbnb options. Nearby areas such as Crystal Bay, Kings Beach and Tahoe City are also great alternatives.

Is the ceremony and reception outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The venue is a natural grassy setting with some uneven ground, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Aspen Grove has 10 on-site parking spots and there is an overflow parking lot, Lakeshore Parking, a short walk from the venue.

Are there events besides the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! For guests who will be in town the day after the wedding, we’re planning an optional post wedding Truckee River float. Meet up: Sunday 12:00pm at Truckee River Rafting
