We met through Jason's Mom, Kristina Alvey. Kristina and I were co-workers at citrus memorial hospital Er, where we became real good friends. One of the first things she ever told me was "Are you single? I have 2 great sons." I was dating someone at the time, but after the breakup, I added Jason on Facebook, and we became very close, great friends, and have been ever since.
I picked up Jason from work, down in Tampa, where we stopped at a Walmart, and then he guided me to a little train depot in Brooksville, Fl. He brought his guitar, and we had a Picinic, where we ate and sang songs. Jason was super nervous, but in the end, the night ended with a sweet kiss.
I was studying Criminology and Social Psychology, when Jason was outside cleaning my car. He wanted to treat me and be a gentleman. After he finished, he detailed the whole inside of my car, and came in wanting me to see the finished work. He brought me to the car port, where he got down on one knee, and then proposed while having the ring box upside down, dropping it. I said yes.
