I want to translate registry, how do I do so?
Answer
Using Safari on phone you can click the "Aa" next to the website URL and then translate, or Safari browser click "View" in top tab and then translate. Google Chrome should auto prompt to translate at top of page & if it doesn't right click (or 2 finger click on mac) & then translate! As everyone's browser they use or settings may be slightly different we recommend google searching how to translate language "on device x" with "browser name". You can also always google "translate french to english" and then do a text copy paste into the translate box for an individual group of text.

Has the healthcare system been OK and do your doctors speak English?

Yes - it has been amazing!!! And all our doctors so far speak English and are more than happy to use translate if every a quick barrier.

Can I send something to you from the USA?
Answer
Yes, it is possible but not without a cost, here's the fees to be aware of. Sending just mail / cards is no problem (3 forever stamps needed). Sending gifts will be subject to varying shipping fees paid on your end + we pay 20% receiving tax on value declared on shipment. So it is possible, but not recommended for items we could order within the European Union as no import taxes are charged. If you have something you really would like to ship, we will accept the import fees, but just want to make sure you are informed.

Can I order something to you off your registry without doing Venmo/Paypal/Zelle?
Answer
The simple answer is yes; however you may run into issues on some sites using a credit card from USA. If you are able to place an order with no issue we just ask that you please send us tracking number or shoot us a message with the arrival date of your gift as boxes over a certain size cannot be received at our building if we aren't home to collect. We know this takes some of the fun out, but would rather you know the challenges up front than experience frustration with your order!

I have Amazon Prime, can I order something on Amazon to you?

Amazon Prime membership is unique to the country you live in, so while it is possible you could place the order, you will not receive Prime shipping benefits so we advise you opt for an Amazon gift card in the amount of your selected item(s) and let us know what you'd like us to use it on so that you avoid extra fees!
