Guest Arrival 3:00pm Cocktail Hour 3:00-4:00pm The evening will begin with a cocktail hour featuring a selection of hors d’oeuvres and beer, wine, and two signature cocktails. Guests are invited to mingle and enjoy light bites and refreshments before the dinner service begins. Dinner 4:00-5:30pm Following cocktail hour, guests will be seated for a plated dinner thoughtfully prepared by Chef Suey of The Fairways. Reception 5:30-8:00pm Dessert and dancing will follow the conclusion of dinner service, rounding out a memorable evening.
