What should we bring to the Potluck?

Answer

Please bring your favorite home made MAIN OR SIDE family dish to share. Half sheet or full sheet aluminum pan size is appreciated. Serving utensils and food label tent will be provided. We will supply the rest (e.g. drinks, appetizers, dessert, etc.).

What is Semi-formal Attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is a dress code that is more polished than casual wear but less formal than black tie. Modesty appreciated, plus your feet will thank you later.

No Host Open Bar with wine and beer. Drink responsibly and share the wealth.

Are children/young teens allowed?

Answer

Yes, finding a babysitter can be difficult. You're welcome to bring the little ones. There will be a kid zone area with games. However, we encourage you to leave the kids at home and enjoy a fun filled adult night!

Yes, all guests will be given assigned seating. Please RSVP by July 1, 2025.

Approximately 15 miles from venue; however, travel may take up to 45 minutes due to Friday evening and work traffic.

Volunteers?

We're happy to accept extra set of hands to help set up (3pm-6pm) and breakdown (10pm-11pm) (e.g. move floral pieces, set up tables, remove trash & recycle, etc). Please let us know by 7/14/2025 if you are available. We will hold a brief zoom call to discuss roles and activities on 7/21/2025.
