Where is the boat?

Answer

City Cruises Odyssey Chicago River is docked near NBC Tower at 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Dr., on the north side of the River Esplanade between Columbus Dr. and Michigan Ave.

Where should I park?

Answer

The closest parking garage is located at 219 E. North Water St., on the LOWER level. For your convenience, we have secured discounted cruise parking rates. This is the preferred lot for City Cruises.

Where should I be dropped off if taking an Uber/Taxi/Lyft?

Answer

If you are arriving by ride-share or taxi, we recommend asking your driver to drop you off at the Cityfront Plaza roundabout nearest to the river. The drop off address to use will be the 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive (NBC Tower). You'll find the stairs right on the south side of the street, closest to the river and between NBC Tower and the Gleacher Center. You will be able to see the City Cruises ticket booth at the bottom of the stairs.

What do I need to come aboard the boat?

Answer

Every guest will need a physical ticket that will be handed out at the ticket booth on the dock (with some other goodies)! Upon boarding, everyone will be greeted by the captain and all backpacks, bags, purses, etc. are subject to search. Please be aware that boarding starts promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive in time to obtain your ticket and find your seat for the ceremony. Welcome aboard with us!
