Transportation to Wedding Venue
3:15 pm - 10:45 pm
We are providing transportation to and from the wedding venue for our guests! Even if you are not staying at one of these hotels, it would be a possibility to park (parking would be much easier at the Hampton Inn, as the Omni is located in downtown Charlottesville) and ride to avoid having to drive out. Location 1: Hampton Inn Charlottesville - 2035 India Road; Charlottesville, VA 22901 - Bus #1 Departs at 3:25 PM SHARP - option to return at 9 PM or 10:45 PM from the wedding venue Location 2: Omni Charlottesville Hotel - 212 Ridge McIntire Road; Charlottesville, VA 22903 - Bus #2 Departs at 3:25 PM SHARP - option to return at 9 PM or 10:45 PM from the wedding venue
Ceremony and Reception
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

The attire is formal - Suits or slacks/blazers for the gentlemen, cocktail attire for the ladies
Both ceremony and reception will be inside, so no need to bundle up! There will be a fire pit lit outdoors as well for those wanting to enjoy the February chill.
