FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation join us in celebrating. As much as we’d love to include everyone, space and planning limits mean we can only accommodate those names specifically included. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep the day special and seamless!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Amazon! We’ve chosen many of the little things that will help us build our first home together — pieces that reflect who we are and the life we’re so excited to begin as husband and wife. Your love and support mean the world to us, and if you’d like to bless us with a gift, we invite you to browse our registry. Of course, if something outside the list feels more personal to you, we’ll cherish that just as much.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding is the perfect excuse to dress up in your favorite cocktail attire! Think suits or dress shirts with a tie, cocktail dresses, dressy suits, or chic jumpsuits. Most importantly—don’t forget comfortable shoes so you can dance the night away with us!

Question

Can I take pictures and post it on social media?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony, and we hope you can be present in the moment with us, with your phones silenced and cameras stashed away. Our wonderful photographer will be there to capture everything! During the cocktail hour and reception, however, please take as many photos/videos as you'd like! We would love for you to share them with us via text, email, or on social media!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! Please make sure to visit the bar more than once throughout the evening—nothing is stopping you from grabbing that liquid courage and showing us your best dance moves. Just remember to sip, savor, and drink responsibly so the celebration stays fun for everyone! We kindly ask that all guests keep the good vibes flowing—any negative or belligerent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave.

Question

Can I still show up if I don't RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Even if you’re planning to bring your own chair and snacks, we kindly ask that everyone RSVP so we can keep our guest list accurate and the day running smoothly. Please make sure to RSVP right here on our website. Need help with the RSVP process? No problem—just give us a call or send us an email, and we’ll be happy to help get you squared away.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As long as you promise to take them back home with you, yes! If they are listed on the Details card with your invitation, please make sure you count them when you RSVP for your family.

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in a beautiful garden setting. The reception will flow both indoors and outdoors, so you’ll be able to enjoy the best of both worlds—dancing inside and mingling under the stars!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins so you can get settled and not miss the “I do’s.”

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the wedding is on! We have a solid backup plan to keep everyone comfortable and the party going.
