When we came together with mutual friends paired with a few drinks, lots of dancing, and even more laughs it was the start of something special. A few days later on an official first date despite the nerves and awkwardness we got to know lots about one another and it just clicked. We have been side by side every since.

For two people who truly enjoy the Christmas holiday this day was extra special, as we sat by the tree with our baby girl and experienced the first Christmas feeling all over again through her eyes. Trying to soak up the time as just our little family before a busy day ahead I was asked to close my eyes while he got my gift. Holding our daughter in my arms, eyes closed he came back and as I opened my eyes he asked me to spend forever with him. There was never a doubt in my mind as I said "yes" with an abundance of happy tears streaming down my face.
