RSVP to both the Ceremony and the Overnight so we have accurate numbers. Please, please RSVP as soon as you're able so we have a decent head count. If you discover you won't be able to make it just shoot us a message so we know.
Things change from the time invites go out to the actual wedding, if you have found a new partner, bring them, just give us a heads up either on the RSVP (if you know then) or message us, so we can plan accordingly.
We would have love to have had this event catered, but discovered quickly that it wasn't financially fesible if we wanted all of our friends to be able to come, so we made the call for the friends over the caterer costs, leaving us here at potluck. We're wicked excited to see what everyone brings and to taste it! I will leave cards and pens so that you can write what the item is, put your name on the card too that way if someone wants to know how to make it they can find you to ask.
We're farmers here, but we will be dressed up farmer formal for the wedding (if that is a term) Honey will wear a traditional dress, Sophie a farm girl dress, and cowgirl boots. Jason, the boys and Honey's dad Tim will be in nice jeans, wrangler shirts, Stetsons and cowboy boots. Got the gear? Wear it!!!
This is a farm, and the ground should be solid by then (well past the mud), but the terrain isn't that of a sidewalk, so wear shoes for this type of walking. We will be "grounding" our feet during the ceremony and if the shoes come off you're welcome to join us. The dancefloor will be built with rough-cut lumber though so you will definitely want shoes for that. We like to re-purpose here in the farm and that dancefloor will make a fine enclosure for our animals after the celebration.
