When and where is the wedding?

Answer

The welcome bar, ceremony, and reception will all take place at the venue. Please plan to arrive early to enjoy the welcome bar as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 (as per Gurdon tradition :)

Will transportation be available?

Answer

Yes! Please check with the front desk of your hotel for specifics, but there will be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue and back again at the end of the reception. There is also plentiful free parking at the venue if you prefer. Pick up for the Residence Inn at 3:15PM and Homewood Suites at 3:30PM.

Is there a dress code?

Dress to impress in your spring best! Semi-formal, but not black tie.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute to any of our cash funds on the registry tab of our website, we would be appreciative.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says "& guest" or includes your guest's name, we would love to have them join! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you come solo so can keep the celebration intimate.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night out on the dance floor with us!
