Milwaukee Art Museum
Once featured on Bachelor season 27! Located only .7 miles or 15 minutes walk from the Drury Hotel. The Milwaukee Art Museum is located directly on Lake Michigan and has over 25,000 works of art to view.
Lakeshore State Park
Located only .7 miles or 15 minutes walk from the Drury Hotel. We love walking Wrigley here on the weekends. It has great views of the city, Milwaukee Pierhead lighthouse, and Lake Michigan. It is located next to the Summerfest grounds.
Discovery World
Located .8 miles or a 16 minute walk from the Drury Hotel. Discovery World is a science and technology museum on the lakefront. It was voted one of the best things for children and families to do in the Milwaukee area. They also have paddleboats available for rental on their docks.
Lakefront Brewery
Lakefront Brewery is one of our favorite breweries in the MKE area and a place we love taking our out-of-town guests. Located on the Milwaukee river they have a wide variety of beers and delicious cheese curds. On Fridays they have a fish fry and live Polka music. Highly recommend taking one of their brewery tours.
Milwaukee Public Market
Located .2 miles or a 5 minute walk from the Drury Hotel. The Milwaukee Public Market was built based off the famous Seattle, WA Public Market. Filled with local food and gift vendors the Public Market is a MUST for all out-of-town guest. Come and pick up an early morning coffee or lunch (they have something for everyone!). Haley suggests the Margaritas from Margarita Paradise or the Acai Bowls from On the Bus. Jason's personal favorite are the lobster rolls from St. Paul's Fish company.
Milwaukee Brewing Company
Located 1.1 miles or a 22 minute walk from the Drury Hotel. The Milwaukee Brewery is a premier brewery and taproom. It is located just outside the Deer District and has a rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. Outboard is one of Jason's favorite local beers! We recommend taking a tour and learning about the history of breweries in MKE.
Fiserv Forum
Home of the 2021 World Champion Milwaukee Bucks!! Checking out the "Deer District" or the neighborhood surrounding the Fiserv Forum is a must! The Fiserv Forum is a gorgeous arena with a lot of great stores, restaurants, and bars surrounding it.
Wisconsin Cheese Mart - 1048 N Old World 3rd St
Located .6 miles or a 12 minute walk from the Drury Hotel. The Wisconsin Cheese Mart is a great spot to sample a variety of local cheeses!
Milwaukee Riverwalk
A great and easy way to explore Milwaukee on foot. Milwaukee RiverWalk winds through the heart of the city, tying together three distinct riverfront neighborhoods — the Historic Third Ward, Downtown, and the Eastside. It brings you to the doorstep of some of the city’s best restaurants, brewpubs, shops, and nightlife.
Colectivo Coffee on the Lakefront
Located 1.9 miles from the Drury Hotel. Colectivo is a popular local coffee shop. Their lakefront location has a beautiful patio, a perfect spot for families to hangout on the weekends. They serve a variety of fun café drinks and delicious breakfast and lunch options. They will have live music playing on summer and fall nights.
