We met on a dating app in October 2019. Shortly after we began talking, we had our first date on November 8, 2019, at TGIF. I (Gina) had one of my friends secretly sitting at another table in case I needed to be rescued (you can never be too careful). We hit it off and on Nov 27, 2019, Jason sent me a text saying he knew we would be getting married one day. A little over a month later, on Dec 17, 2019, we had our first Disney date and Jason bought his Disney pass, at that moment I knew know he was the one! Here we are 6 years later getting married. Fun Fact: Jason faked a hockey injury on his hand on our first date night so he could "smoothly" reach across the table to hold my hand.

We got engaged at The Mission Inn. Jason planned the most beautiful proposal, which, with the help of our daughters, was executed perfectly after an amazing romantic dinner. Fun Fact: We went to the Festival of Lights at The Misson Inn on our 4th date (less than a month after we started dating and I wouldn't hold Jason's hand because I hadn't told Derrick and Maddie I was dating him yet and I was afraid one of their friends would see us (you can never be too careful lol).
