What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that all guests please arrive around 4:30 pm to ensure that you have ample time to park and make your way to the venue to find a seat before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress is semi-formal, cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dress shirt and tie.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned outdoors but if weather is not permitting will happen under a pavilion in the same location. Cocktail Hour is planned under the pavilion and the reception is indoors and air-conditioned. All locations are very close to each other and easily walkable.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. Open bar starts with cocktail hour at 5:30PM and ends at 10:00PM.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The wedding venue has ample parking. Drive to the Stroudsmoor Country Inn at 231 Stroudsmoor Rd, Stroudsburg, PA 18360, and the parking lot is the first left and very near the ceremony site. Uber is available in Stroudsburg for those not staying at the Stroudsmoor.

Do I have to book reserved lodging?

Answer

No. While a number of cabins have been reserved at the Stroudsmoor, you are welcome to book unreserved rooms that are available or stay at one of the local hotels in Stroudsburg. We will NOT have shuttle service to another hotel.
