How do I enter the reception venue?
Answer
Fortune Bar is located inside the Sentinel Hotel. Guests will need to enter through the hotel to access the venue.

What is the parking situation?
Answer
For our reception venue, Fortune Bar, there's on-street parking and nearby garages for guests to park at. For those attending our ceremony, closer to the date we will send you a dropped pin location where you can park that is close to the Redwood Deck trail. There are also street parking if available or parking at the zoo parking lot (LOT C) to catch the shuttle to the Hoyt Arboretum.

We ask for this to be an adults-only celebration.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP "yes" or "no" by June 30th, 2026, so that we may finalize the number with our vendors.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We are blessed to have everything we need to start our lives together. If you would like to celebrate our marriage, you are welcome to make a contribution towards our honeymoon fund on our website, it would be so greatly appreciated.

Will there be food?
Answer
During our reception, we will be providing an informal dinner to our guests. There will not be a sit down dinner celebration, but we encourage everyone to come make a plate and mingle!

Am I allowed to take photos?
Answer
Yes! We would love for you to take photos. We will be providing QR codes at the event for you to scan and upload any pictures you take of the celebration. There will also be a Photo Booth for all to enjoy!

What is the earliest that I can arrive to the venue?
Answer
For our ceremony, we ask that guests arrive no earlier than 11:45am to allow our vendors and planners time to set up. For our reception, we ask that our guests arrive at 4:00pm at the earliest to allow staff and vendors time to set up.

Will there be transportation between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation between the ceremony and reception. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to, from, and between our venues.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Anyone invited to attend our reception can bring a plus one. For those invited to our ceremony, the venue has very limited space. We have sent invitations and communicated with the guests invited to ensure we do not exceed the venue capacity. We ask that people do not bring any additional guests without an explicit invitation.
