Please be prepared to wear your mask indoors unless eating/drinking at a table as WA State has recently mandated masks regardless of vaccination. We strongly encourage you to get a covid test within 72 hours of the event to show at the doors if you're not fully vaccinated. We also ask that you do not attend if you are showing any covid19 symptoms or have recently been exposed. We don't want to take any risks during this time and hope you understand. We are shifting several things around so food/drinks/tables are readily available and dancing will be outside in their beautiful courtyard. Please bring layers should you want to be outside (mask-less) incase the temperatures drop. We are doing everything possible to still bring our vision to life and are thankful to everyone helping to make this possible. If you have any questions, reach out to Jason or Dany.
We hope all of our guests are willing to adjust if necessary, however we understand should you choose to no longer attend. We ask that you update your RSVP immediately with any changes or reach out to one of us so we can notify the venue of headcount changes. We will be checking vaccination cards at the door. This can also be a picture of your vaccination card. Guests are considered fully vaccinated two weeks or more after your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or two weeks after receiving the single dose J&J vaccine. All fully vaccinated guests will not be required to wear a mask in the venue. Children younger than 2 & people with medical conditions are not required to wear a mask. Adult guests with medical conditions will need to provide proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of the wedding in order to not wear a mask. Those guests will not be asked about their medical condition. More info on the next FAQ.
Continued... Georgetown Ballroom is allowing parents with kids under 12 who are unable to get a vaccination to provide a negative covid test within 72 hours of the wedding in order to not wear a mask. If a negative covid test is not provided, those kids over 2 years old will need to wear a mask. Non-vaccinated guests that do not provide proof of a negative covid test within the last 72 hours will be required to wear masks while inside when not eating or drinking at your table. If you are enjoying appetizers during cocktail hour or a beverage please only remove your mask briefly while eating or drinking. Masks are not required outdoors.
