What is black tie optional?
Answer
Black tie optional means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.

What should I wear to a black tie optional wedding?
Answer
For men, the most formal option is a tuxedo. However, a dark suit with a tie is also acceptable. For women, a floor-length evening gown is the most formal option, but a cocktail dress or dressy separates are also appropriate.

We have made arrangements for a variety of dietary restrictions at the wedding. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you have when you RSVP.

Answer
We understand that things come up and that not everyone will be able to attend our wedding. If you are unable to make it, please RSVP no later than September 1.
