For our out-of-town guests—this hotel is one of the closest options to our venue, and we’re so glad you’ll be staying nearby! **IMPORTANT TRANSPORTATION NOTE** Due to narrow, winding roads and very limited parking, outside vehicles are not permitted at our wedding venue. To make things easy, we’ve arranged a shuttle service for all guests. Shuttle pick-ups will run from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM from Ss Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Church at 9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005 -- just a quick 4 minute drive from Brookdale Lodge. The shuttle accommodates 14 guests at a time and will be making multiple trips. The final pick-up will be at 10:30 AM, arriving at the venue by 10:45 AM. Unfortunately, guests who miss the final shuttle will not be able to access the venue, so please plan ahead. We’ll have around 60 guests needing transportation, so we kindly ask that you don’t wait until the last minute—arriving earlier will help ensure a smooth and stress-free ride for everyone. Our ceremony begins at 11:00 AM, and we ask that all guests are seated by 10:55 AM. At the end of the reception, the shuttle will bring guests back to the church. Return trips will begin at 4:30 PM from the venue’s Guest Hub, with the final pick-up at 6:15 PM and last drop-off at 6:30 PM.
