Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are asking to keep the invites to the people addressed on the RSVP. While some children are welcomed to attend, please be advised that parents are responsible for supervising their child(ren) at all times. Our venue has a strict policy on children being unsupervised/unattended and failure to comply may result in the venue asking the parents and child(ren) to leave.

Dress code:

Please dress formal/semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. It's Spring! Show us some Spring colors! We do want you to wear what makes you feel fabulous, but the bride & groom humbly request that guests not wear white.

Phones allowed?

During the ceremony, we kindly ask for you to keep your phones in your pockets and purses. Enjoy the show and let the photographers work their magic. ✨

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You do know who's wedding you are attending, right? OF COURSE there will be an open bar! We just ask that you please enjoy drinks responsibly. We have multiple shuttles available to take you from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel from the venue after the wedding. We want everyone to be as safe as possible (always)! NO DRINKING AND DRIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shuttles from the venue back to the hotel will be on 04/20/2024 at 12:30AM and 2:30AM

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity for our wedding we are asking to keep the invites to the people on the guest list. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be indicated on the invite and on your online RSVP. Written-in plus ones will not be accommodated as they are not part of our guest list. If you have any questions, please contact Jason or Alexis.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors. Please note that we will start on time, please do not be late!

We've been together so long that we have all that we need. If you would like to still provide a gift, please consider contributing towards our future home and/or honeymoon fund!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Yes, we will have shuttles going to and from the wedding. PLEASE make use of shuttles or Ubers as there will be an open bar. There will be shuttles from the hotel to the venue on 04/19/2024 at 6pm. Additionally, shuttles from the venue back to the hotel will be available on 04/20/2024 at 12:30AM and 2:30AM.

When is the RSVP deadline? How can I RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than 03/19/2024. Simply RSVP online using the QR code in your invitation or right from this website! To avoid any lost RSVPs and invitations, we are collecting RSVP's exclusively online. Please click the RSVP tab on this website and enter your name to find yours!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only requests are (1) that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag # so we can keep track of all of your pictures, and (2) please be mindful of our hired photographers!
