What time can we check-in at the hotel?

Answer

Courtyard Riverfront Hotel check-in is 3pm and check-out is noon. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.

Is there a more budget friendly hotel option where we can stay?

Answer

Of course! Appleton has many hotels available. How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

If you are flying into/out of the Appleton Airport, Jason and Brittany will provide Uber Vouchers for you to get to and from airport, hotel, and venue. We will be in contact with you to help make these arrangements, but if you're trying to finalize your travel sooner, please text us!

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception is at the same place as our ceremony-- Poplar Hall 141 Riverheath Way, Appleton, WI 54915. It is next door to the Riverfront Hotel where we have booked a block of rooms.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes. There are free parking lots at the venue and hotel.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love little ones, we've decided our wedding and celebrations will be child-free.

Any cocktail attire will do.

What's the weather like in WI in April?

Answer

Short answer: In the 50's F. Long answer: We've had big snow storms in April and we've also seen 70 degrees in April! Completely unpredictable is the actual answer.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We're registered at Amazon, Target, and Home Depot. Home Depot doesn't allow for online registries, so we have incorporated their registry into our wedding website. All you have to do is click the "Registry" button at the top of the page and you'll be able to see all 3 registries combined.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We've booked the Courtyard Riverfront Hotel which is located next door to our reception hall. Quite literally, you'll just have to walk across the parking lot to get to/from the reception. If you're planning to book a room, please do so by March 3, 2025.
