Question
When do I need to RSVP?
Answer
We'd love for you to RSVP as soon as you know you are/are not coming. However, please RSVP by 05/23/2025 at the absolute latest so we can provide the final counts to the caterer.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We want you to be comfortable, but we’re keeping things a step above everyday wear! We would love it if all of our guests could join us in your best dressy casual or cocktail attire. For Women: Think cocktail dress, sundresses, rompers, or dressy separates. For Men: We suggest slacks, chinos, or linen pants with a button-down or polo. Kindly note: No jeans or t-shirts, please.

What time do I need to arrive on Saturday?
Answer
We will be starting the party at 4pm but you are free to arrive whenever you're able. We will be starting buffet food with some brief speeches around 6pm and the party will go until the venue shuts down!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we’ve envisioned our wedding as an adults-only celebration. We’d love for you to have a night off to be able stay and celebrate with us well into the evening without any early departures for bedtime. If childcare is an issue and you'd like to bring your kids, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

Can I bring my dog?
Answer
Sadly, dogs are not allowed at the venue. If you want to bring your dog, they are not allowed at the wedding festivities (not even Phil and Rome will be there). Please ensure you book a pet-friendly hotel room if you choose to bring a pet.

Can I take photos?
Answer
You are free to take photos however, we ask that you ensure that our photographer always gets the best shot! We will also have a QR code for you to submit your photos to our digital album.

What's the food and beverage situation?
Answer
We will be serving a buffet-style dinner and dessert bar on Saturday starting around 5pm and going into the evening. There will also be a limited open bar available throughout the night.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will be having a buffet that should accommodate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please reach out to us if you would like to double check that there will be options available for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is no transportation to/from the event. However, the hotel block is only a 3 minute walk from the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
There should be plenty of parking at the venue however, to ensure everyone gets home safely, we encourage people to have a designated driver or take a ride share to the venue.

Where should I stay? Have you reserved hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
We do not have an official room block available but we do have a few hotel recommendations available for our guests. Please see the Travel page for more information about those hotels.

Can I bring a date?

If you would like to bring a date and do not see space to RSVP for them on our site, please reach out to Catie or Jason so we can ensure we can accommodate!
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
When you RSVP, you have the option to fill out a Google form to let us know if you're interested in attending some other events we could coordinate. Some options are the MN Twins game on the Friday night before the reception and a boat ride for the Sunday after.
