FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We'd love for you to RSVP as soon as you know you are/are not coming. However, please RSVP by 11/15/2025 at the absolute latest so we can provide the final counts to the caterer.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love it if all of our guests could take this as an opportunity to put on some nicer clothes and join us in your best dressy cocktail attire. Jewel tones and dark colors are encouraged, but ultimately, your personal style is what matters! For men; a suit or blazer with a button down dress shirt and dress shoes, tie optional. For ladies; a tea, ankle, or floor length cocktail dress, semi-formal gown, or formal jumpsuit (no white dresses). Please no jeans, shorts, sweatshirts, or other casual wear.

Question

What time do I need to arrive on Saturday?

Answer

Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm. We request that all of our guests arrive at 5:00pm so you have plenty of time to get a cocktail, participate in our ring warming and there's no chance of you missing anything!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

The wedding is adults-only with the exception of family. We hope this allows parents to enjoy a well-deserved evening away! If you are traveling from out of town and do decide to bring your kids to Denver, you will need to make accommodations for them on Saturday during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

Sadly, dogs are not allowed at the venue. If you want to bring your dog, they are not allowed at the wedding festivities (not even Phil and Rome will be there). Please ensure you book a pet-friendly hotel room if you choose to bring a pet.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

You are free to take photos however, we ask that you ensure that our photographer always gets the best shot! We will also have a QR code for you to submit your photos to our digital album.

Question

What's the food and beverage situation?

Answer

We encourage you to each lunch before the ceremony on Saturday. We will be serving a buffet-style dinner on Saturday after the ceremony. On the evening of the wedding, we will have soda, beer, wine, and signature cocktails at the cocktail hour and reception with a capped budget. If we hit that budget, the bar will then be a cash bar.

Question

Do I need to bring a jacket (it is winter after all)?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held indoors. However, the hotel and parking garage do require some slight outdoor walking so you may choose to dress as needed. We will be having a coat check so you do not need to worry about your coat for the evening.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a buffet that should accommodate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please reach out to us if you would like to double check that there will be options available for you.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation to/from the event. However, the hotel block is only a 3 minute walk from the venue.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

We recommend that anyone not staying at the hotel for the evening takes a ride share into the city. You know, we don't want anyone drinking and driving. However, if you would like to drive, we do have discounted parking available across the street from the venue at the Denver Commons parking garage. But if you must drive, the recommended parking option is at the Denver Pavilions Garage (https://denverpavilions.com/parking) located across 16th St from our venue. The entrance is on the east (right) side of Welton between 15th & 16th when heading north. There is a discounted option that will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Question

Where should I stay? Have you reserved hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

We have a room block available at Le Meridien We recommend taking the opportunity to stay at a wonderful 4-star hotel using our discounted rate (https://book.passkey.com/e/51068826).

Question

What should I do with my luggage during the Sunday football games?

Answer

Don't even worry about it! Le Meridien does require an 11am checkout but they will hold any luggage for us while you're waiting for your flight or watching the football games with us!! When checking out, just ask them to hold the luggage for you and they'll take care of it.
